You are solely responsible for any orders submitted to our website.
Access to the website:
We will try to ensure that the website is available 100% of the time for our customers. However, we shall not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time and for any period, irrespective of the reason.
Placing an order:
When you place an order through the website, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order.
The order will not be accepted until a full payment is received for all products and any related delivery charges.
Orders represent an offer to purchase a product, the offer is only accepted when we have sent you an e-mail to confirm your order. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible.
If we have an out of stock product that is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we shall refund the purchase price where payment has already been made.
Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.
We are not able to process orders or deliver on UK Bank Holidays and Weekends.
In all cases, you will be kept informed and updated of delivery schedules.
Delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences due to insurance guidelines. Delivery will be as close as possible to the delivery address. The recipient of the products is responsible for any additional lifting once the delivery has been made.
Please ensure you provide your telephone number and e-mail address when you place an order.
All deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over.
If no one is available to take the delivery, the courier will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery.
All prices stated in the websites catalogue may be altered by the Company at any time without giving notice to the Customer.
We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the lower price after we have sent you an order confirmation e-mail.
You may cancel orders (unless they’re placed for made-to-measure, these cannot be cancelled) at any time before they are dispatched to you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring 0800 838098 with your order number, postcode and contact telephone number.
If the product is faulty or delivered damaged we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund, only if we are informed of the fault within 7 days of the date the product is delivered to you.
If you email email@example.com with pictures of the damaged product for proof, we can dispatch a replacement or give you a full refund. All refunds with be made to the card/account used to purchase the product.
Products No Longer Required:
To return the product, it must be in its original condition within 7 days of the date it was delivered to you.
To arrange for the product to be collected, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and the details of the product to be returned. You will be charged for the cost of the return.
Your refund will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. All refunds will be made to the card/account used to purchase the product.
Unless you are a ‘consumer’ (as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), the delivery charges are not refundable and we shall be entitled to deduct a reasonable restocking charge from the amount to be refunded to you.
Made to measure / special order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds are not available on ‘free with purchase’ items, unless all other products are returned.
