If you (or the person you are buying for) are chronically sick or have a chronic disabling condition then you are eligible for VAT exemption. By completing the HMRC form below you can self-certify your condition and you will receive an exemption code to use at the checkout.

10.1 Eligibility declaration by a disabled person
Please note there are penalties for making a false declaration.
